Welcome
The New Tools for Learning Languages: Beyond the Basics conference held on September 30, and October 1, 2005 at the University at Buffalo was the beginning of a continued dialog about how emerging educational technologies can beused to support language learning. The conference explored the role of information technologies in second language learning including both pedagogical approaches and innovative uses of computer technologies.
